The research carried out in collaboration with AÇEV was conducted to reveal the dominant perception of “fatherhood” and “masculinity’’ in the society and to define different categories of paternity and to define the characteristics of each. The research consisted of two different phases. The first of these, the Virtual Ethnography phase, conducted a discourse analysis focused on “masculinity” and ‘’fatherhood’’ over the internet.
