For the “Addressing Invasive Alien Species Threats at Key Marine Biodiversity Areas” project carried out in cooperation with UNDP and Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks; this project was carried out in order to recognize the regions in the four selected regions as pilot regions of the project, to understand their prominent issues and to see the invasive alien species and nature conservation approaches and perspectives of the stakeholders working in the areas related to the project subjects in the region. Through this context, 67 interviews were conducted with participants from public institutions, local administrations, civil society organizations, private sector enterprises, and local people.
